  • To encourage learning and to support young people to gain new skills and build confidence and self esteem.
  • To recognize and support young people who have wide ranging educational and development means.
  • To empower young people by widening their range of options and skills and to encourage them to determine their own future.
  • To motivate and encourage community involvement by young people.
  • Offer a safe space to socialise, run by CRB checked Staff and Volunteers.

By increasing opportunities for young people we aim to help them fulfil their potential in a stimulating and safe environmernt.

OUTREACH PROJECT
This was funded by The Peter Kershaw Trust from January 2009 to January 2010 and was a valuable and productive piece of work.
By engagaing with Young People on the streets, our Youth Team was able to divert young people away from becoming involved in anti-social or criminal behaviour and encourage them to participate in productive activity.
Young people and their families have commented on the value of the project and we are activly seeking funds to continue the work.
