Our hall is avaiable for hire by everyone in the community at times
when not in use by the regular Centre groups.
The hire charges are inclusive of:
- Use of the kitchen
- Tables and chairs
- Spacious and secure car park
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The person who has hired the hall will be held responsible for all
aspects of the booking and the use of the building.
We ask that cars are parked in the car park in order not
to cause obstruction to the houses nearby.
The premises and the surrounding grounds should be left in a clean
and tidy condition. You should provide your own bin liners and remove all the rubbish from the building before you leave. A
large bin is located in the car park for this purpose. All decorations should be removed before leaving the building.
Please use only bluetack not the sellotape or the drawing pins on the walls.
Tables and chairs should be cleaned, stacked safely and returned to
their storage area. Please do not place obstructions in front of the emergency fire exits. the fire brigade should be called
at any outbreak of fire. The maximum capacity of 150 people includes all helpers and performers.
Cost of Hall Hire: £15 per hour. A cash deposit of £100 is payable one month prior to the booking.
