Ladybarn Community Association is managed by local residents. Advisors include local
elected councillors, professional workers from Greater Manchester Police, and Manchester Youth Service. The Management Committee has a proven track record over the past fifteen years and currently is made up of individuals
who, between them, have many years experience in management positions dealing with financial management, recruitment and management
of staff, project planning and fundraising. The Ladybarn Community Association
has been able to sustain its existence for more than 15 years having secured more than £200,000
over the past two years alone. Every member of the team, including advisors, lives
or works within the local area. They have considerable experience in liaison with local authorities and members of the
community in order to develop their local resources. The team includes the following people:
